Streamline and eliminate duplication of data entry and minimise time spent performing clerical duties with an emphasis toward a paperless environment.

Increase the efficiency of the service by automation of many manual procedures resulting in significantly improved turn around times for results and hence improved patient care.

Eliminate transcription errors associated with the manual recording of results and provide delta and exception checking to ensure result validity and standardisation.

Address the quality assurance needs of the service in line with best business practice, including comprehensive auditing of modifications and transactions.


Provide a secure system, which ensures security and confidentiality of all data and prevents inappropriate viewing and modification of information.

Provide statistical data, which may be utilised, to further improve client management, patient care and operational management of the service.

Support a high degree of flexibility, which allows configuration changes to be made on-line, and in a timely, user-friendly manner.
